IM POSTED TO .............. Diploma in Multimedia Infocomm Technology AT NYP! Woohoooo... :) Made an alarm to wake myself up at 8.05am today. eh but I slept for a few seconds more, then I realised to look where I'm posted to thru sms. At first I saw "MOE : Congrats................" I'm calm after I saw Congrats. Then after that I saw NYP... Diploma in Multimedia Infocomm Technology ! Then I quickly rushed out to look for my mum who is preparing to go for work. We are like so happy lah, that I can go to poly & go to the course I like. All glory goes to God! :) Without God I may not be able to make it to NYP. Few weeks ago, My mum was really scared that I may drop to last few choices of the courses I submitted, becos during CNY my father's side aunt told us that her fren's daughter did get into any 1 of the 12 choices she put in last time. Mum felt uneasy after that, but I felt nothing, I just close my ears & pretend I didnt hear it. Becos I know God is always so good to me. He will always put me in the school that He wants me to go. I followed & obey His ways. So now Im in NYP! woots! :D God is so good & awesome. Proverbs 8:14(KJV): "Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom: I am understanding; I have strength." These verses tell us that God's wisdom will give us sound counsel. Many people today are seeking their counsel in the wrong places and most of the time, the advice they are receiving is not based on God's Word, but rather, is usually telling people to be selfish and look after "number one." So many are going to fortune tellers, psychics, card readers, astrology books, etc. The Bible warns us that this type of counsel is not only wrong, but is opening one's spirit up to a form of witchcraft. When people are seeking advice from anyone who claims to have supernatural powers, (other than the true power of Christ and His prophets, and servants;) they are committing a sin, that the Lord calls an abomination. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
